I love maps, especially when they tell a story. My grandmother was born in Durango in 1925 and grew up in the “Web Town” neighborhood, somewhere in the vicinity of these maps. Thanks!
The Utah development with Ed Abby's name? Braindead!!!
And oh yay, the BLM is finally dipping a toe in conservation. Yet continue as always with livestock grazing in areas that couldnt in the farthest reach, be called actual grazing land. The topper, is as always, the Wild Horse roundups are going full speed ahead - no matter what! Because you know all those "thousands" of Wild Horses (actually are native unlike cattle) are destroying the grazing for domestic livestock. Ok - rant done.
